DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
We want you to totally satisfied with your purchase, so if there are any issues with your purchase and you would like to exchange the item(s). We will need to you return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order. Please follow these steps below to return the item(s):
Once we receive the returned item(s), the refund will be issued within 24 - 48 hours. You will be notified by a notification email when the refund is issued. The refund usually takes 3 - 10 business days to appear on your bank statements depending on your card issuer.

*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.
All Printed On Demand Items will be processed after 24 hours, at this point, we are not able to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours after the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel the order after the printing process has already begun, please contact us. Return may be needed in order to receive a refund.
